Lucky
duck was formed in August of 2001 from various bands around
the united states. Lucky Duck is powered by: Drummer Mike
Nasti, Guitar players, Russell Gazzana, Barry Belanger,
Jay Presti, and Dennis Belanger. Sharing the Microphone,
Dennis Belanger, "Bass Guitar", and Barry Belanger,
"lead guitar". Along with Thier strong songwriting,
the group also proves themselves on the live stage. Providing
a wide mix of melodies and music.
The
name Lucky Duck was thought up by accident after a late
practice in September of 2001. Searching vigorously for
a name they came up with Lucky Duck because they all thought
they were lucky ducks to be playing music with each other.
"It is so hard for 5 different people to come up with
one name", says Barry Belanger, Lucky Duck guitarist
and vocalist." " I would rather not have a name
than have one that one person in the band hates." "I
do think that we are all Lucky Ducks to be playing such
great music together."
